You are being referred for physician consultation to determine your health condition: whether your condition is appropriate for giving you treatments from all groups in the programme, and which of the treatments would be the most effective based on your health complaints. For example, if you suffer from back pain, headaches, insomnia, or you were injured.
Tell the physician about your allergies, surgical record, disease history, and any medications you take. Only after successful assessment of your health condition will the physician be able to give the requisite treatments from 5 different treatment groups, based on the treatment programme of your purchase.
Why can’t I refuse treatments for some other ones?
All treatments groups are of equal importance and interrelated, therefore the finest results are achieved by careful synergy of all treatment groups: physiotherapy, massage, mineral or mud bath, therapeutic modalities, and relaxation.
Why can’t I select treatments by myself?
The physician makes an assessment of your health condition during a consultation and proceeds to give a set of treatments best suited to a particular patient. It is important to understand that the treatment is an individual process, and the treatments are prescribed only after the assessment of one’s health condition.
Why can’t healing mud and mineral water treatments be given on the same day?
The body gets the best of healing mud and mineral water treatment if they are given every second day interchangeably: one day healing mud is applied, followed by mineral water treatment the other day. Both healing mud and mineral water treatments are distinguished by their thermal effect, therefore they require a longer break compared to other treatments.

Smoking is prohibited in the entire territory of the Medical SPA “Eglės sanatorija”, including balconies, terraces and rooms. The fine for smoking outside designated areas is 100 EUR.
