Gintaras mineral water helps in cases of chronic gastritis, low gastric acidity, gastric and duodenal ulcer (remission), chronic inflammatory bowel disease, chronic constipation, chronic gallbladder and bile duct inflammation, some of the ureteral disorders, kidney stones (during the postoperative period), metabolic disorders and diabetes (benign form).
Regulates gastric acid production, increases metabolism, reduces smooth muscle tone and has secretion-inducing and anti-inflammatory effects, among other benefits.
We recommended drinking from 100 to 250 ml of mineral water at a time.
Warm mineral water helps with such conditions as chronic gastritis, increased gastric secretion and/or increased acidity, chronic inflammation of gallbladder, elevated gallbladder motility, chronic intestinal inflammation with spasms and predisposition to diarrhea.
Cold mineral water can relieve chronic gastritis, decreased or normal secretion and decreased acidity, chronic inflammation of gallbladder, decreased gallbladder motility and predisposition to constipation.
- Chronic gastritis, decreased or normal gastric secretion and decreased acidity: take 100-250 ml of mineral water of room temperature either 15-20 minutes before eating or during your meal in small and slow sips. Start with a half of glass per day and gradually increase the dose to 3–4 glasses per day.
- Gastric and duodenal ulcer (remission): take 100-250 ml of warm mineral water 1-1.5 hours before a meal. Start with a half of glass per day and gradually increase the dose to 3–4 glasses per day.
- Chronic inflammation and decreased motility of gallbladder: take 100-250 ml of lukewarm mineral water (16–18°C) 40–45 minutes before a meal.
- Chronic inflammation or increased motility of gallbladder: take 100-250 ml of warm mineral water 40–45 minutes before a meal.
- Chronic inflammatory bowel disease: take 200 ml of mineral water three times a day. If you have a disposition to diarrhea, drink warm mineral water, however, if you tend to get constipation, drink it cold.
- Chronic inflammation of the large intestine with increased motility: take 100-150 ml of warm mineral water once or twice a day. The time to drink mineral water and its temperature depend on the functional gastric and bowel activity.
- Chronic constipation: take 100–150 ml of cold mineral water before a meal.
- Ureteral disorders: take 200-300 ml of mineral water 5–6 times a day. In addition to the usual three drinks before eating, drink some more 2 or 3 times a day, 2.5 to 3 hours after meals. Please make sure you have no cardiovascular diseases or water and salt metabolism disorders before consuming large amounts of mineral water.
- Diabetes (benign form): take 200 ml of mineral water three times a day. The time to drink mineral water and its temperature depend on the functional gastric and bowel activity.
- Obesity: take 200 ml of mineral water three times a day. The time to drink mineral water and its temperature depend on the functional gastric and bowel activity.
Note: Gintaras mineral water is natural and does not contain any preservatives, therefore, you should drink it within 5–15 minutes. Later on, it becomes turbid, changes color and is no longer suitable for drinking! Please consult your physician for personal recommendations on mineral water consumption.
